Coach a Fighter Cards, Builds & Keep-or-Reroll Guide

Use the fields on the current fighter card to decide whether to train, keep, bench, or reroll it.

Quick answer

Keep ceiling and stat fit ahead of rarity color

A slightly weaker starting card can be the better project when its max overall is higher and its Power, Stamina, and Endurance fit the next match. Do not replace a good ceiling merely because another contract looks rarer.

Card checklist

Five fields to compare before spending

Read these from the live card and current server because Coach a Fighter remains in Early Beta.

Current vs max overall

Subtract current overall from max overall. A larger useful gap means more growth is available, but it also requires more training caps and time.

Power, Stamina, Endurance

Use these as the early foundation: damage, late-round output, and durability. A severe weakness can make a high-rarity card unreliable.

Dexterity and Agility

Use these to improve accuracy and avoidance after the core foundation is viable, especially for longer or closer matches.

Rarity, shiny, and GOAT status

Treat rarity as one input, not the answer. Community sources identify special GOAT legends such as Muhammad Ali and Apollo Creed, but the live card ceiling still decides whether the investment fits your roster.

Cost to become useful

Count the training actions, spars, Cash, and opportunity cost needed before the fighter reaches the next visible mode requirement.

Train

High ceiling, useful core stats

Commit caps when the fighter can realistically reach the next league or tournament gate without leaving a major stamina or durability weakness.

Keep temporarily

Immediate wins, limited ceiling

Use a serviceable card for Bronze or early Cash while protecting rare rerolls for a replacement with a meaningfully better ceiling.

Reroll

Low ceiling or expensive mismatch

Reroll when the card cannot reach the next requirement efficiently, duplicates a role already covered, or needs too many resources to repair weak core stats.
